oem contract field technicians
Experienced aseptic service technicians deployed to OEM teams on contract, for demand peaks, coverage gaps and hard-to-fill specialist roles.
experienced field technicians without permanent headcount
Field service demand is rarely evenly distributed. Installations cluster in a single quarter, a shutdown overruns, or a senior technician leaves, and commissioning dates begin to slip for reasons unrelated to the equipment itself.
Hiring to cover peak demand is expensive and slow. Technicians who genuinely understand aseptic process equipment, and who can be relied on in a client’s cleanroom and in front of their quality organization, are among the most difficult roles to fill in pharma engineering.
We provide our technicians to OEMs on contract, so you can meet demand without carrying permanent capacity you need only part of the year. Contract length, scope and terms are flexible, covering a single installation, a defined project, seasonal coverage or an ongoing arrangement.
Our technicians are not generalists with pharma orientation training. They are former sterile operators and production managers who have run this equipment under GMP, on live production schedules, under direct quality oversight. They understand what a client’s QA organization expects because they have held those responsibilities themselves.
