Aseptic equipment is built to last decades, but its control system rarely is. A filling machine can be mechanically sound yet effectively unsupportable, because its control platform has been discontinued, spare parts are no longer available, and the engineers who understood the original code have moved on.
We migrate those machines onto current, supportable platforms, retaining what works mechanically, replacing what cannot be maintained, and documenting the result so it survives qualification and the next audit.
We also build automation where there was none. Manual transfer, staging and handling steps in a classified area are interventions, and interventions are risk. Automating a step is often the most direct contamination control improvement available on an existing line.
