equipment
Support and automation equipment for pharmaceutical production, engineered for the cleanroom and serviceable by the people who maintain it, with particular strength in aseptic and sterile applications.
equipment designed for real cleanroom operation
Much of the equipment in a pharmaceutical suite is designed to meet the specification without full consideration of daily operation. Common results include panels that cannot be opened while gowned, sensors that require a line stoppage to replace, and surfaces that trap contamination where the sanitization regime cannot reach. These problems are most acute in aseptic and sterile areas.
Our engineering team includes people who operated this equipment in production for years. That experience directly informs our designs: equipment that supports pharmaceutical production without adding to the operational burden.
Alongside our own product line we take on custom builds. If you have a defined problem, such as a transfer step that should be automated, a support system nobody makes for your configuration, or a machine interface that needs engineering rather than a workaround, we design, fabricate and document the solution.
Discuss a build →- Support equipment for filling, preparation and other production areas
- Automation of manual transfer, handling and staging steps
- Custom format parts and change parts for existing machines
- Machine interfaces and integration hardware between equipment from different manufacturers
- Study and test equipment for qualification and validation work
- Design review against your process and room
- Material and finish specification
- Fabrication drawings and as-built documentation
- Factory acceptance testing
- Installation support and spares
a worked example
Our protocol execution platform for airflow studies came out of exactly this: a job our own team found slow and error-prone with the tools on the market. We built software that runs the study protocol live and assembles the record as the study proceeds, and it now supports every study we run. Our product line develops this way: we engineer a solution to a problem we encounter directly, then make it available to clients facing the same problem.
bring us a problem
If you have a recurring problem on your line that no existing product solves well, we would like to hear about it. Where a problem is common across pharmaceutical production, engineering a proper solution often benefits both you and the wider industry.
let’s talk about your pharmaceutical production.
