We find candidate machines through our network and brokers, inspect them in person, and tell you plainly what each would cost to bring to production condition. This service is free when we refurbish the machine you buy.

What is the difference between refurbished and as-is equipment?
An as-is machine is sold in whatever condition it was left in. A refurbished machine has been inspected, had worn and obsolete parts replaced, been brought to current FDA and EU GMP Annex 1 expectations, and tested against your formats before it ships. It arrives ready for qualification rather than needing work first.

Yes. Every refurbished machine ships fully warrantied, with parts, spares and service available after delivery.
What standards do you rebuild to?
Current FDA and EU GMP Annex 1 expectations. Guarding, materials, controls and documentation are brought up to standard, and the gap against current regulation is documented during assessment before any work is quoted.
Can you refurbish a machine we already own?
Yes. Upgrading equipment you own is one of three ways we work: turnkey procurement of a machine we source, upgrading a machine already on your floor, or consignment and resale of surplus equipment.
Do you make format parts for our containers?
Yes. Custom format parts are designed, fabricated and acceptance-tested for your containers and closures. Where a machine's parts are no longer available, they are engineered and produced as part of the rebuild.
How do you confirm a machine works before it reaches our cleanroom?
Factory acceptance testing on our floor, run against your formats. Any surprises happen in our shop rather than in your cleanroom, and the FAT documentation carries straight into your qualification.
